Q's and A's

i stole these questions from 'the dressler family' blog that i have just started reading and thought i would just answer these too.

1. How old are you and your partner? I am 23 in 6 weeks and my MR is 23
   
2. How long have you been TTC? 3 years 3 months
3. What are your infertility issues? Diagnosed PCOS with anovulation (may never have ovulated in my life)
4. Have you dont fertility treatments? metformin for a month but didnt agree with my body and one cycle of clomid so far
5. What treatments are you considering? more clomid, iui, ivf (due to the nhs i can only get one round of ivf so any more i would have to pay for) i would consider any other treatments that may come along too.
6. Are you hoping for a boy or girl or twins? i really dont mind what i have as long as i get one but have always believed i would have more than one at a time even before i knew i had 'issues' so twins or more would be good too.
7. Do you have any names picked yet? we have some picked but not a definate yet as they may change, annabelle, isabelle, harry, matthew, jacob, marek (unsure of the spelling for the last one it is my MRs choice)
8. What preparations have you made for children? we have prepared mentally and have chossen all the things like breastfeeding and cloth nappies, we have jobs and are currently sorting out housing and have our wedding planned for september 2012
9. Have you had any miscarriages? no have never been pregnant yet
10. What other methods do you use to help conceive? i keep track of my cycle and have recently started using ovulation tests
11. Are you taking any vitamins / supplements? i know its bad but at the moment i do not take any vitamins or supplements but i have had to change my diet to help my cycle there for i get a high amount of natural vitamins from my meals
12. Are you considering adoption? at the moment i dont think i would be strong enough to deal with adoption, but if it came to it then we would consider it just not right now
13. Do you have any advise for others who are struggling with infertility? i would say find someone in your situation preferably someone who is ahead of you who can help you through the tough times, i know it seems hard to do but relax, dont make this another job.
